Netion's 18 cabinet double row micro module data center customized for the Conglong Coal Mine
Information Center project in Wusu City has successfully passed the expert group's acceptance and
received unanimous praise from users. It will provide highly reliable power guarantee for its
"intelligent technology and coal industry integration development" information platform, and help
its data center's digital and intelligent management level and efficiency.
In 2023, nine departments including the Emergency Management Department, Development and
Reform Commission, Industry and Information Technology Department, Finance Department,
Science and Technology Department, Education Department, Natural Resources Department, Human
Resources and Social Security Department, and Xinjiang Bureau of the National Mine Safety
Supervision Bureau jointly issued the "Three Year Action Plan for Intelligent Construction of Coal
Mines in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region".
The "Three Year Action Plan" is aimed at deepening the implementation of the new energy security
strategy, implementing the requirements of documents such as the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating
the Intelligent Development of Coal Mines", "Guidelines for the Construction of Intelligent Coal Mines",
and "Management Measures for the Acceptance of Intelligent Demonstration Coal Mines",
accelerating the supply side structural reform of the coal industry, promoting the integration of intelligent
technology and coal industry development, and improving the level of coal mine intelligence.
The intelligentization of coal mines is the core technological support for the high-quality development of the coal industry, a new stage of comprehensive mechanization and
informatization development of coal mines, a new direction for the revolution of coal productivity
and production methods, and an important technological change in the coal industry. The
introduction of the "Three Year Action Plan" is based on resource endowment and location advantages,
focusing on the construction of the "eight major industrial clusters", enhancing the emergency supply

Conglong Coal Mine is located in the Bayingou area, about 70 kilometers southeast of Wusu City.
In 2004, the mine was included in the "15th Five Year Plan" for renovation and expansion, with a
design capacity of 90000 tons per year. In December 2013, the production of the 90000 ton annual
mine was completely stopped, and the mechanization transformation of the mine began. On
December 28, 2016, it passed the acceptance inspection and was approved to have a production
capacity of 900000 tons per year.

Netion dual row micro module is a highly integrated solution for data center construction. A single
module can include five major systems: cabinet, cold aisle, power supply and distribution, refrigeration,
intelligent management, etc. One module can meet all the basic conditions for stable operation of
IT loads. Micro modules mainly use double row cold channels, but can also be made into single row
or hot channel forms. Micro modules can support any cabinet position and adapt to different on-site conditions. The system adopts a row level near end cooling method, which can provide increased
return air temperature and further reduce PUE.

The skylight and end door are directly installed on the cabinet, saving user space. UPS, power
distribution, and air conditioning use the same size, with a simple layout and space saving. The
sunroof opens automatically and resets manually. The end door can be selected as automatic or
manual according to needs, with access control and camera video monitoring, linked with the fire
protection system, and can respond quickly in case of a fire.
On demand configuration can save data center investment and reduce costs.
